Shipping & Return.

Shipping takes place while stocks last.
Under the rules of distance selling, Giga-Goods will execute orders at least within 30 days. If this is not possible (because the order is not in stock or no longer available), or there is a delay for other reasons, or an order can not be executed, or only partially, then the customer will receive within 1 month after placing of the order message and in that case he has the right to cancel the order without costs and notice of default.
The delivery obligation of Giga-Goods will, subject to proof to the contrary, be met as soon as the goods delivered by Giga-Goods have been offered to the customer once. In the case of home delivery, the report of the carrier, which implies the refusal of acceptance, serves as full proof of the delivery offer.

When purchasing products, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (Section 7: 5 Dutch Civil Code), the customer has the option of terminating the agreement in writing within seven working days, stating reasons; the product must still be in its original packaging and this packaging, as delivered to the customer, must not be opened in any way.
The term of seven working days starts at the moment the ordered items are delivered. If the customer has not returned the delivered goods to Giga-Goods after this period, the purchase is a fact.
The customer is obliged, before proceeding to return, within the period of seven working days after delivery in writing to Giga-Goods. The customer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned in time, for example by means of proof of mail delivery. Return of the goods must take place in the original unopened packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in a new condition. If the goods have been opened, used, encumbered or damaged in any way at the customer, the right to terminate within the meaning of this paragraph will lapse. With due observance of what has been stipulated in the previous sentence, Giga-Goods will ensure that within 30 days after good receipt of the return shipment, the full purchase price will be refunded to the customer, excluding the calculated shipping costs. The return of the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer. All shipping and return costs are at all times for the account of the customer.

The right of dissolution, as described above, only relates to the goods delivered and will in no case refer to services, such as telephone subscriptions of the (mobile) network operators offered by Giga-Goods.
On the latter services, where Giga-Goods only acts as an intermediary or agent, the general terms and conditions of the aforementioned network operators will apply.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- services whose performance, with the consent of the customer, has begun for the period of seven working days;
- goods or services whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market on which Giga-Goods has no influence;
- goods that have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications, for example made-to-measure, or that have a clearly personal character;
- for goods or services which by their nature can not be returned, for example i.v. hygiene or that can quickly deteriorate or age;
- audio and video recordings and computer software of which the customer has broken the seal;
- the delivery of newspapers and magazines;
-for the services of betting and lotteries.
Since Giga-Goods works with one-off clearance offers and therefore has no assortment, they can not accept returns for that reason.
